What feeds your mind, body, and soul? Cedars and the San Anselmo Arts Commission invite Bay Area artists to enter a juried exhibition of work that expresses feelings of abundance and pleasure. Representational work may depict food or anything else that adds to the sweetness or savoriness of life. Abstract work and 3D work are also welcome. Accepted pieces will be displayed alongside art by Cedars artists at

July 18 -22 - Jurors decide on art to be included in show
July 28 - Artists are notified
August 11, 12, 13 - Artists drop off art
September 3 - Delicious art show is live

ABOUT THE JURORS
Christopher West is a Northern Californian artist, who lives and works in San Anselmo, CA. West's work has been shown nationally and internationally and can be found in numerous public and private collections. He has been a member of the faculty of the Fine Art department of College of Marin for over a decade and serves in an advisory role for several organizations locally and at the state level. BA, Humboldt State University, MFA, MIlls College.
Ashley Harris is a photographer and Teaching Artist from the Bay Area who holds an MFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute. She has taught and managed arts programs for various museums, including the San Jose Museum of Art, the Crocker Art Museum, and the de Young. She is currently part of the program team at Ruth’s Table in the Mission District of San Francisco, an inclusive art space that serves elders and adults with disabilities. At RT she coordinates arts programs and exhibitions and helps to spearhead accessibility efforts and community engagement. Through her work with students and artists Ashley has witnessed the power of the arts in fostering connections, confidence and belonging and she is committed to preserving inclusive arts experiences in the Bay Area and beyond.

Entering your art for consideration in the Delicious art show
is a multi-step process and it is
important you read all of this prior to submitting your art.
Entering is a three step process:

STEP TWO: If you did not pay your fees when you completed your entry form you can pay your fee(s) here
STEP THREE: Submit your entry form and up to three images of your jpeg art via email to firstname.lastname@example.org

DIGITAL IMAGE ENTRY FORMAT
Send JPEGS at 300dpi. Images should not exceed 2MB.
Save images with Last Name, first initial, submission number,
size of work, title, and medium. (example: Jones, M_1, 24” x 24”, Serenity, Pastel)
All work must be ready for display and potential sale.
Paint must be dry.
Wall hung pieces must be securely wired.
All work must be labeled with Artist’s name & Contact information.
Maximum size of work should be 36” x 24”
Sculpture size should not exceed 36” x 24” x12”
Gallery Policies/Requirements include:
Not all artists will have work selected for showing. Final artwork selections are up to the Exhibit Juror(s) and/or Curator/installer.
Sold artwork must remain on view for the length of the exhibition.
Artists agrees to a 50% commission to Artist Within from all sales.
While all reasonable care is taken with submitted artwork, Artist Within strongly recommends that exhibiting artists carry their own insurance. Artist Within will not assume any liability for any damage or loss.
By submitting work, artists agree that photographic images and/or video of the artist and/or their artwork, in whole or in part, may be used by Cedars for publicity in various forms including print, online and social media.
