Lisa’s drawings and paintings, both figurative and abstract, are explorations of color, line, and pattern. Her abstract forms are sometimes reminiscent of flowers, and have an organic structure, as if they grew on the page instead of being planned in advance. Her visual sensitivity is revealed in details of overlapping color and subtle patterning. She is also a skilled fiber artist and jewelry maker.
