Samantha Bowers likes to paint big canvases using wide brushes and bright colors. She is most well known for her landscape paintings of local landmarks, such as the Golden Gate Bridge and the San Francisco skyline. She often inserts images of birds, flowers, and hearts into her paintings. Her stylized rendering and strong outlining contribute to the sense of solidity and cheerfulness in her work.
