In her art making, Katie is a perfectionist with a strong design sense. She favors intricate geometric patterns, flat bright colors, and clean lines. Katie brings a friendly humanity to her abstract work. Her warmth is expressed through the quality of her drawn lines and through the occasional unexpected insertion of figures, such as dolphins, in her compositions. Katie has a bubbly personality and loves to joke and laugh.
