Light Up!

Genna approaches her art projects with a strong sense of purpose and direction. One often sees very strong use of patterning and repetition, which give a sense of rhythm to her compositions. Sometimes she will subdivide the picture, either to frame the image or to add complexity and order to her work. She often uses media that has some sparkle or shine or opalescence, enjoying the visual punch and richness it brings.
