Caitlin is a very quiet artist who pours herself into the process of felting, a new vocation for her. Her process includes “painting” her felt sculptures with wool roving in a vibrant rainbow palette. Caitlin works hard to firmly and vigorously press yarn tufts into the soft base, creating a richly patterned surface. Once a week, Caitlin works quietly in the lush gardens at Cedars, perhaps inspiring dreams of her next creation.
